In Oregon, WARN operates over 400,000 square feet of office and manufacturing facilities and also operates a technical facility in Livonia, Michigan. WARN holds certifications for ISO/TS 16949:2002, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 for Environmental Management.
WARN manufactures more than 600 products and accessories and holds over 110 issued and pending domestic and international patents. The company continues to innovate with new products. WARN products are distributed primarily through wholesale distributors and long-standing OEM agreements with AM General, Land Rover, Iveco, Mercedes, Panhard, Renault, Ford, General Motors, Daimler Chrysler, Kia Motors, Polaris and Yamaha. Warn Industries distributes its products worldwide through direct and indirect sales in 65 countries.
