“As an MBA intern at Dover, I was able to gain valuable experience and high visibility through hands-on project work while also working directly with segment leadership and our Operating Company partners. Working as a FP&A Manager upon graduation, I’ve gained broad exposure to a multitude of areas beyond the typical finance functions, including strategic planning, acquisition integration, compliance, accounting and IT. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to many of our manufacturing facilities, and witness how Continuous Improvement and Productivity initiatives are helping our operating companies expand margins, improve working capital and create value for our customers.
