One way we honor this commitment is through the Dover Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Excellence Awards. Each year, these awards acknowledge exceptional commitment and contributions to promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within our organization and are based on quantitative and qualitative evaluations, including TRIR, EHS training hours, kaizens, safety-first culture, and EHS processes. The award categories are divided into large sites (with over 150 employees) and small sites (with 150 employees or fewer).
