Survey gauges employee engagement, satisfaction and organizational health

CPC (Colder Products Company), a Dover company, has again been named one of Minnesota’s Top Workplaces. The 2025 recognition adds to the several years that the company has been ranked among the state’s top large organizations for notable employee engagement, satisfaction and organizational health.
The Star Tribune Top 200 Workplace designation is presented to employers that receive favorable assessments from their employees through the program’s engagement survey. The survey covers a variety of topics ranging from pay and benefits to belief in an organization’s mission and values.
“We are pleased that we continue to maintain our reputation of being a great place to work,” said Michael Studer, vice president of the CPC business unit. “This year, our employees highlighted our collaborative, innovative, and engaging culture. Credit goes to the team for building such a positive, productive work environment,” he said. Employees also reported being confident in the company’s direction. “We know a strong, healthy workplace is essential for future growth and success, so we are glad the right factors are in place to support that trajectory.”
CPC designs and manufactures connector technologies that are critical in managing fluids across a wide range of industries including biopharmaceuticals, medical device, chemical handling, consumer products, and liquid cooling of electronics, which is a category that has grown significantly with the expansion of artificial intelligence. Liquid cooling is necessary to mitigate the heat generated by the enormous computing and data processing power that AI requires. CPC’s quick disconnect couplings are found in the liquid cooling systems of many of the most advanced high-performance computers and data centers across the world.
To qualify as a Top Workplace, an employer must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. CPC employs more than 750 people in the state with nearly another 75 across the U.S. and other locations including Germany, China, and sales offices in 14 countries. CPC also partners with over 200 distributors worldwide.
